Produce

We have plenty of local, organic and eco-logically grown fruits and vegetables, as well as unusual and heirloom varieties. See the produce page for details and news.

Breads

Our bread selection includes many kinds of locally-baked breads, from basic to artisan. Whole-grain loaves, pizza crusts, baguettes, and more are delivered to us from area bakeries. We sell organic grains, including wheat- and gluten-free selections.

Gluten Free

We have many gluten free products, identified on the shelf with special 'gluten free' signage.

Cheeses & Cheese Substitutes

We carry imported and local cheeses of all kinds, as well as soy alternatives in a variety of flavors.

Bulk Products

We have an extensive range of bulk products, many from local sources. Flours, rice, beans and grains, pastas of all shapes and types, nuts & nut butters, oils & vinegars, sweets, and syrups; choose just what you want in the quantity you need.

Herbs & Spices

A vast array of culinary and medicinal herbs are available in bulk jars so that you can get the amount you need, fresh.

Vitamins & Supplements

We have one of the widest selections anywhere in the area, and we’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Dairy, Meats, Poultry

We have milk, beef, chicken, eggs and more from local suppliers, including organic, free-range and hormone-free.

Soy Products

A wide variety of soy products are available. Our selection includes tempeh, tofu (also available in bulk), and miso (bulk and package), as well as “meat alternates” in all shapes and flavors.

Natural Foods

We carry a full range, including specialty and ethnic items. If we don’t carry it, ask about special orders.

Health, Body & Personal Care

All kinds of products, and a knowledgeable staff to assist you in finding exactly what you need. We focus on products which are are very earth-friendly — naturally-sourced, organic, and petroleum-free — which means they’re people-friendly, too.
